Celebrating the Carver County Fair with a Parade

Last Sunday, we had the pleasure of being involved in the 100th birthday celebration parade of the Carver County Fair. We joined in the fun, with our float that was the brainchild and labor of our good friend Doug Docken (special thanks to Earl Rademacher for the fine paint job). Doug was the captain of this vessel with a helping hand from Cindy who was in control of the fishing pole fightin' the lunker walleye. Jim pulled the float with the 4-wheeler while the rest of the Mase family followed along, walking beside handing out goodies. We couldn't believe the turnout. Families were everywhere and happy kids made a haul with tons of candy tossed their way. The weather couldn't have been better! We hope you enjoyed it...

In Towne Marina Employee Fishing Contest!

It's that time of year again! The In Towne staff was all hands on deck for the Annual Employee Fishing Contest. This Years Species? Sheepshead! After seeing a picture of the monsterous 36" Sheep caught a couple of weeks ago, we were inspired to chase the elusive Freshwater Drum! We decided to include Walleyes in the contest figuring if we did't, all we would catch is Mr. Marble-Eyes! Fishing was 5pm-8pm followed by pizza and cupcakes! What a great night of fishing, Eating and Fun! The old guys were victorious in the fishing department! The Team of "Guru" Chuck Corey and partner Ben Mase hopped in a Marina pontoon and boated 2 nice Sheepshead! What a great time as always!

A special thanks to Jim and Cindy for putting on a fun tournament for us!
