We have taken several calls this week wondering about No-Wake restrictions regarding Lake Waconia. Thankfully water levels aren't high enough yet for any changes to the norm. For reference, we monitor a lake level reader and it currently is at 2.72 feet. For a 600-foot No-Wake to be put in place, levels would need to reach 2.85 feet. For a Full-Lake No-Wake, levels would need to reach 3.03 feet. The highest level we saw this summer was in late June at 2.78 feet, so the water has been lowering thankfully despite some of the rain we've had in July! We will update you if lake levels rise enough for No-Wake restrictions to be put in place.
